Terms and Conditions For Purchasing Items From Jolene’s eBooks and More
Our terms and conditions for purchasing any item listed within our store are fairly simple.
1. Each eBook purchased will be for your own personal use and not shared with others or resold. We have reselling rights to each of our eBooks.
2. All sales are final.
3. Refunds will not be given once you have purchased an item. Store Credit MAY BE given under special circumstances. Please contact us directly using our CONTACT US form with pertinent information such as the purchaser’s name, the name of the product purchased, the problem with the product, etc.
4. You will be sent an email with a secure download link for the products you purchased. All eBooks are in Acrobat Reader PDF format and zipped into a compression file. You will need Acrobat Reader and an unzip file utility in order to open and read the eBooks.
5. Digital Downloads files can be downloaded twice only and within 7 days of purchase. If you have any problems with the download or the product opening we will resend it directly to your email. You will need to contact me right away.
6. We are not responsible for what is within the eBooks only that they are virus-free. We try to give as detailed a description as we can for each item but you as the buyer will be responsible for the choices you make when you purchase one of these items.
7. We assume that you are of legal buying age for any of our products. We do not normally sell pornographic or other rated R materials but we may offer some subjects that may not be considered appropriate for those under 18. You are attesting that you are of legal age to buy any eBooks that may fall into this category.
8. All paperback and hardback books are generally used and we list the condition of each book as good, fair, or just readable. We try to ensure that all the story pages are inside the book prior to mailing. We take pictures of the books – front, back, and spine – when we list the books so you can see the shape they are in.
a. All sales are final, no refunds will be given once the product has been mailed out to the customer.
b. We mail all physical books via U.S.P.S. Media Mail and a tracking number will be emailed once mailed.
c. We only mail out on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays.
9. PRINT ON DEMAND (POD) is a new service. We create the design, decide on the products and colors. We do not allow for customization but may consider a change on an item and relist it for sale. The order is taken here on this site then it is sent to the printing company. We collect the fees and then transfer them over to the printer. They will mail the product and send you updates as they happen. They are responsible for any defects.
10. We reserve the right to add, delete or change these terms and conditions as needed.
