What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We might collect some personal data, such as name, email address, personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase information; and technical data, such as information about cookies.

This is collected for those who purchase from our online store and stays in our database for as many years as the tax code requires. We also collect some information from those who just wish to receive our newsletter, comment on our posts, etc.

By default, WordPress (Our Content Management System – CMS) does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. However, some of your plugins may collect personal data. You should add the relevant information below.

Comments
In the comments section, we capture your name and email address. Spam comments are deleted.

Media
All uploaded files are usually publicly accessible. If you upload any pictures they will be available for as long as they are on the site

Contact forms
We keep contact form submissions for as long as the website is up and is for customer service purposes, but you do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes except for those who sign up for our newsletter. All spam contacts are immediately deleted.

Cookies
Cookies are collected by WordPress for signing into your account. By WooCommerce for our customer information.

Analytics
Our analytics are used by our marketing personnel to determine where our visitors are coming from and which pages, products, and media they visit during their stay. No personal information is kept. But we do not the IP address to help determine if there are spammers visiting.

Who we share your data with

By default, WordPress does not share any personal data with anyone. Any other plugin that we use does not share your data either. We do not have access to your financial or banking information either.

How long we retain your data
The only data that we keep more than for a few days is your client information and sign-in. This is not shared with anyone.

What rights you have over your data
Other than spammers whose data is erased as soon as possible, regular visitor and customer information is kept as long as the tax code requires keeping it on file.

Where we send your data
European data protection law requires data about European residents which is transferred outside the European Union to be safeguarded to the same standards as if the data was in Europe. So in addition to listing where data goes, you should describe how you ensure that these standards are met either by yourself or by your third-party providers, whether that is through an agreement such as Privacy Shield, model clauses in your contracts, or binding corporate rules.

Contact information
All spammer information is immediately erased. Authorized clients, customers, and readers’ basic information is kept on a semi-permanent basis unless you request that it be erased. For customers who have purchased any merchandise, we have to retain your basic information for a minimum of 7 years. Since there is only one employee of this business use our contact form or leave a message on the phone listed above.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
