Currently, the books we sell in this store are strictly eBooks in Acrobat Reader PDF format. I had a call this week from a lady looking for our bookstore because she was looking for a paperback book and there are no used bookstores in the OBrien, Branford, or Mayo, Florida areas. There is a used bookstore in Lake City and a Christian New Bookstore located in Downtown Mayo and Live Oak. Someday we hope to have a used bookstore in this area but it is not feasible right now. We do have a large collection of hardback and paperback books in our personal collection but they are currently located in storage in Jacksonville.
Most of us who love to read would rather have a book in our hands and we look forward to the day when we can open our little bookstore, handmade crafts and tea shop in the Suwannee County, Lafayette County or Gilchrist County area. That will take time and money. Plus, we haven’t finished with our traveling yet to settle down in one place. We do support those small businesses in these areas that are currently selling them.

If you know of another one in these counties please let us know and we will be happy to share their business information on our site. But with everyone being able to get books from the library, order online to be delivered to your door and eBooks available online and from the local libraries print books are slowly dying out. That just makes me sad and I think we might want to start a revolution to keep these books going. In Jacksonville, there are still a few used bookstores you can visit and we hope they have a long life.
