Getting your Irish on this weekend can include wearing a green T-Shirt, drinking green beer, ordering corn beef and cabbage from your favorite ethnic restaurant and going around talking with an Irish accent. We make lots of green items that we sell on our Southern Women Crafts Online Store but it’s a little late to order them now unless you just love green bead and wire jewelry or green hand crocheted items.
You can watch Irish movies, listen to Irish music and drop into an Irish bar to learn how to do an Irish jig. But for me and mine we just stay home, call me son in Oregon, who was born on March 17th, and make green cupcakes to eat while we watch old black and white movies like the Quiet Man with John Wayne and Maureen O’Hara.
